Booking Casa España Online

• To book online a credit card is required.  To receive a refund cancellations must be made 14 days or more before arrival.  Otherwise a full night's rental will be charged.
• Please read our
  Privacy Policy for online bookings.

• Check availability by contacting us via telephone or e-mail

•  To secure dates we must first send you a rental invoice and agreement for you to sign.

• Before signing, please read both documents carefully.  Pay special attention to Security Deposit and Cancellation policies.  Do not sign if you have questions.

• Send signed documents back to us.

• Secure reservation with a 50% deposit of the total rental cost and, if applicable, a security deposit.  Rentals made less than 14 days in advance require full payment upon booking.
  Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard. American Express.

• Pay remaining portion of rental 14 days prior to arrival.

• On arrival day our on-site manager will contact you to determine ETA.

• Upon arriving, you will greeted at tghe house and a house key will be provided
